“It was an amazing stay! The room is decent, not too spacious, but comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Near to supermarket and food court, and of course the hotel has lots of instagramable spots. Been staying here many times. Each and everytime, they deliver a consistent service. Highly recommended!”

“Great hotel and staff, would return and highly recommend! 11th floor room and communal areas were exceptionally clean. Housekeeping service was great, nothing was missed, always plenty of soap and tissue. Staff were very efficient and friendly, even when we made a last minute booking and arrived late at night. I'm not Muslim myself but noticed that there is a small arrow on the ceiling to note the direction of prayer which is a nice detail! Also the hotel is attached to a halal restaurant. I didn't use any of the facilities (swimming pool or laundry) so can't comment on that. Some improvements: - Decor a bit much and I did not like the glass wall separating the bathroom and bedroom. If your travel partner uses the bathroom at night the light shines through and disturbs you. I would recommend bringing an eye mask and some earplugs as the corridor can get noisy depending on your neighbours. - If you travel with large check in luggage you might struggle a bit, although there is some space under the double bed for storage. - Novena MRT is about 10-15 mins walk but if you aren't able bodied or used to the heat, you may find it a bit inconvenient. These points didn't affect my enjoyment of the stay, but may be useful to other travellers.”

“Overall, I had a decent stay at this hotel. I had booked a room which listed a bathtub as one of the room’s feature. However when I first checked in, there wasn’t a bathtub, just a normal shower.So, I went to clarify with the front desk about the situation, and they told me that apparently only the corner rooms of the hotel contains a bathtub. I wished that would have been stated clearer in the rooms listing as I booked the room when I saw “Bathtub” being mentioned in the room details description.The hotel staff were at least nice enough to offer me the corner room, so that was really appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a small shopping mall connected with the hotel. The room itself was nice, and the decorations were cute.”

“I recently stayed at Aloft Singapore Novena with my family for three days, and it was a truly delightful experience. We had booked three rooms, and all of them were in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The service was top-notch, with staff being warm and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight—there was a wide variety, and we had plenty of Indian options, which made us feel right at home. Everything ran so smoothly that we faced no issues whatsoever. I particularly appreciated the dedicated tap for drinking water right in the bathroom. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall environment felt fresh and positive. One more convenience was that there was a supermarket inside the hotel itself, and just downstairs was a 7-Eleven, along with a McDonald’s. These little things made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my family truly enjoyed every moment!”
